Emergency Shelter Partnership 11/21-12/4

St. Francis will host the Emergency Shelter Partnership -

Monday, November 21st - Sunday, December 4th

The Emergency Shelter Partnership is a registered 501(c)3 organization consisting of a coalition of interfaith congregations in Northern Westchester County, NY.  We operate through two separate, but similar areas.  Our East area covers Armonk, Bedford, Chappaqua, Katonah and Mt. Kisco; our West area covers Briarcliff, Croton, Ossining, Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown.  We provide short-term, emergency shelter for those who need shelter during the coldest five months of the winter.  We are joined in this effort by community organizations that provide a variety of support services to shelter participants.

---Looking to do a little more for a great local organization?  ESP is looking for business minded individuals to become part of its organizational board and individuals that would be willing to preform specific tasks as a need arises – such as help with a marketing brochure or fundraising, help with grant writing, guide us in legal and financial matters, etc.

---Do you know someone who is bi-lingual and interested in becoming a paid overnight supervisor?  Our overnight supervisors also drive the van from the police station to the host congregation.  Days are alternating or as needed.
