Parish Council
The
Parish Council is an organization of shared ministry that helps the pastor plan and coordinate activities of the parish in
order to carry out the mission of Christ in the Church. It is composed of members elected from the parish, parish trusteed,
and ex-officio members of the parish staff. Nominations and elections take place in March and April for a 3 year term beginning
the following September.
The
Parish Council meets on the second Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m. All parishioners are invited to attend.

Parish Finance
Council
The
Parish Finance Council advises the pastor on parish finance.

Parish Properties
Committee
The
Parish Properties Committee works closely with and advises the Pastor on the care, upkeep and improvements done
or needed on parish properties.

Website/Communications
Committee
Responsible for the
formulation of publications and upkeep of the website information. We gather and disseminate information necessary to
keep the community of St. Francis of Assisi well informed and updated as to parish affairs, ministries and social Activities.
Current projects include website promotion and parish handbook.
